2. Platform Use

The MSME Aklan platform is designed to connect MSMEs with resources, government partners, and each other. Users must provide accurate information and use the platform responsibly.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. MSME Council of Aklan reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Content

Users retain ownership of their business information. By posting content, you grant the platform a license to display it publicly as part of the MSME directory.

5. Limitation of Liability

MSME Council of Aklan provides this platform on an “as is” basis. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the platform.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
